Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Orcheum, including the public site, the workspace, guest access, and related features. Orcheum is an early-stage software product. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Orcheum provides an AI orchestration workspace. You describe work; Argus coordinates models, tools, and other resources behind one conversation. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product develops.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and sign-in methods under your control. You are responsible for activity on your account. Guest use is limited and is not a substitute for a member account.
Acceptable use
You may use Orcheum only for lawful purposes and only in ways the product is designed to support. You may not attempt to break authentication, reach another user’s data, abuse rate limits, interfere with the service, or use Orcheum to generate or distribute material that you do not have the right to handle.
AI-generated outputs
Outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuited to a given purpose. Orcheum does not warrant that a result is fit for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other reliance. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you use them.
Third-party models and services
Requested work may be executed by third-party models, tools, and APIs. Those services are not Orcheum, and they may impose their own terms, limits, and failures. Orcheum is not responsible for a third-party service’s independent conduct, downtime, or handling of data once it has received a request.
Connectors
Connectors are a resource layer. They execute external capabilities you have authorized; they are not a separate product you operate by hand, and they are not a sixth orchestration domain. Availability is capability-specific. A connected account does not mean every possible action on that provider is enabled.
Authorization for external resources
You must have the right to connect an external account and to authorize the requested access. Connecting an account is your instruction to Orcheum to use that authorization for the capabilities you granted, in service of your requests. You retain authority over consequential actions the product is designed to hold back for confirmation; this version of the terms does not expand that into a promise that every future action will require a separate prompt.
Your content and connected accounts
You remain responsible for the content you submit and for the accounts you connect, including email and other third-party data retrieved on your behalf. You represent that you have the rights needed for Orcheum to process that material to provide the service. Disconnecting an account stops Orcheum from using that connection under the product’s disconnect lifecycle; it does not automatically erase prior conversations that already used retrieved results.
Intellectual property
Orcheum, its name, marks, and the service itself remain Orcheum’s. Subject to these terms and to the rights of third-party providers, you retain rights in content you submit. You grant Orcheum a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service and fulfill your requests.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted, limited, or changed. Features may be added, paused, or withdrawn. Orcheum does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
You may stop using Orcheum at any time. Orcheum may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, if the service is abused, or if continuing the account is not reasonably possible. Guest allowances expire by design.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orcheum disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No statement on the site is a guarantee of result, uptime, or third-party behavior.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orcheum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or substituted services, arising from use of the product. Orcheum’s total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Orcheum for the service in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.
Updates
We may update these terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to that later use.
